2025 Forrest Shield

The Forrest Shield is similar to Country Pennants — a points-based competition where we'll be racing for bragging rights against Peel and Bunbury!
Each swimmer can compete in up to 3 individual events plus relays. To help us maximise our team points, the coaching team will be selecting the events we’d like each swimmer to enter.
Hold off entering any events until you hear from us about which races we’d like your swimmer to take part in.
